Get started with Valent in just a few steps.

Accessing Valent

1. Navigate to app.getvalent.com 
2. Log in using your company credentials or SSO
3. Upon first login, follow the guided onboarding experience

Authentication Methods

Valent supports multiple authentication methods:

• Single Sign-On (SSO) — Use your company’s identity provider
• Email & Password — Standard credential-based login
• Multi-Factor Authentication — Additional security layer when enabled by your admin

First-Time Login

When you log in for the first time, you’ll be guided through a personalized onboarding experience. This ensures your account is properly configured and connected to your team’s workspace.

Troubleshooting

Can’t access Valent?

• Verify you’re using the correct URL: app.getvalent.com 
• Check with your administrator to confirm your account has been provisioned
• If using SSO, ensure you’re logged into your company’s identity provider

Forgot your password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to receive a password reset email.
